Small crack on new exhaust manifold. Ok or send back to nautiqueparts?

2002 Pro Air Nautique with gt-40. One side exhaust manifold rusted through causing exhaust leak. Decided to replace both manifolds and all gaskets. Ordered the parts from nautiqueparts. When I was filing the paint off the gasket surface on one of the manifolds, I noticed 2 small cracks underneath the paint (see attached pic). Should I go through the hassle of sending this back to Nautique Parts or will it be ok? It is not on area where there is cooling water running on the other side, but I don't want it to rust through prematurely and end up in the same situation again soon. I was hoping to replace both manifolds over this long weekend, but I guess I can just replace the broken one and wait on the other side for a new replacement if needed. Thoughts?

I would not feel comfortable installing that on my boat, Me personally I’d get a replacement. Just my .02

Thanks, figured that would be the response. Emailed Nautique Parts. I'm sure they will take care of it.
