Most types of chemical sunblock kill seats. I keep towels to cover the seats for people who have recently lathered up and if people want to lather up on the boat I strongly encourage them to lather up elsewhere and to be very careful. If you are stuck trying to get it out after the fact, my go-to is high pressure steam and a micro fiber towel. But if you have discoloration stains from sunblock they are tough to get out without nasty chemicals and about the best thing that won't further harm the seats is direct UV (sunlight) and time. Good luck.
I did a little research for some gatorade stains and came up with hydrogen peroxide and leave the cushion in direct sunlight for a week. It worked pretty good for that and my boat partner couldnt even find the stains
