2004 Sante 330 excalibur serpentine belt

Got a new belt pcm RO66028.... belt seems too small.

5.7 liter ... can't get it over the tensioner when I collapse it.

Anyone got a belt number either pcm or automotive that would fit?

That should be the correct part # for your 5.7 Excal and should be the same belt that you took off. Are you sure you are routing it correctly on the pulleys?

The tensioner is not the last pulley you take the belt over to install it, the idler pulley is. A new belt has not yet been stretched at all.... on my ZR409 with new belt I slip it over the "flat edge" of the idler pulley last. The tensioner has a lip on the edge and prevents that one from being the last. (this is at least my best guess of whats going on)
