Boat won't power up 2000 Super Sport

Boat was stored outside over the winter under a tarp but there was evidence of a slight amount of seepage
A Battery tender was running on a timer to run 4 hours a week - battery was not disconnected.
Uncovered boat - battery dead. Disconnected cables charged and tested battery with load tester. Good
Attached all cables( to correct posts) and tried to enter op. code on key pad. No clicks, no pilot lights, no gauges,no bilge blower, no horn, no power to either of the 12V recpt.
Power is flowing through the 60A overload on the back of the motor.
There is power to the gateway/breaker box under the dash
There is power supplying both key pads - 12V through the red/black wires and 2.5V on each of the other two wires
The emergency disconnect tether switch appears to be good
I have no battery disconnect switch installed
Mice were in the boat over the winter - plenty of droppings but none of the wiring inside the dash appears to be chewed
The gateway really doesn't look like anything I could service, although none of the overloads appear to be tripped. It's clean inside

Can anyone give me an idea where to start/continue to check ?

    Thanks

I found the issue. There is an inline glass fuse on each of the 2 red auxiliary cables attached to the battery. One of them was blown. The fuses are somewhat concealed and they weren't shown on the meager wiring diagrams I have. Now the issue is, what caused it to blow ?

    Thanks

ken Did you ever get an answer for what the fuses were for and why they blew? I may be having a similar challenge on a 2000 SAN.

Jsimmo97 the only smoking gun was seepage on the dash. One cable sends power to the ignition and the other I believe, powers the fuel pumps. I haven't had the issue repeat.

FYI I had the battery tender plugged in to a pigtail that I wired in under the dash, not directly to the battery. So after the fuse blew the battery never saw the charger and went dead.
          Thanks

ken Good intel.... yeah you never know around water. In any event I figured out what the two inline fuses power that are right near my battery coming out of the main harness. One of them powers the dash which others have mentioned. The other one seems to power the power electric lift for my back hatch. Not sure what else is involved but that motor no-worky when fuse is out and worky when fuse is in so that much I know.
