I have a 2010 Ski Nautique that has an intermittent problem starting. I can start it with a screwdriver over the solenoid terminals while my daughter turns the key. I used a voltmeter which says I have 12 volts at the battery and the 12 volts at the solenoid large terminal. I hear the fuel pump working and the solenoid clicks. The starter and solenoid were replaced last year along with all of the spark plugs. I have cleaned all of the terminals and replaced the 50 amp breaker near the battery. I took it into a marina and the said it was a loose connection on the 50 amp breaker after I pulled the starter and solenoid and had it tested (they said it was fine but put a new solenoid on it anyway). I traced the ground wire to the engine block cleaned that and the post was loose so I used Loctite to preventing from loosing. I then took off the ground wire from the engine block to the side of the boat. I found glue like substance on the ground cleaned it off. Again It started a couple of times but then the problem returned. Today I had a friend turn the key and I get no voltage at the small "s" terminal on the solenoid.

Sure sounds like a failing starter relay/solenoid.
Could possibly be a bad key switch I suppose. I assume your boat is a Signature Edition with a key start (no keypad), correct?
Also, when you jump the two posts on the relay, you don't have to have anyone turn the key. Just leave it in the "on" position and jump the posts.I own and operate Silver Cove Marine, which is an inboard boat restoration, service, and sales facility located in Mooresville, North Carolina.
