    Engine Choice for 2021 G23

I'm about to order a 2021 G23 and am looking for flexibility to run it both in the Salt water (Bay) and at altitude (~6,000 ft elevation). So, wondering if ZR7 Coastal is sufficient and the way to go or if I really need to upgrade to the ZZ8 Coastal. I assume the ZZ6 Coastal is a non-starter.

Boat is regularly loaded with 10-12 people.

    Appreciate any insights.

I am waiting so see if anyone takes a chance on the Yanmar. I suspect people who do won't regret it. 600 lbs./ft. of low RPM diesel torque would be awesome for this application, IMO.
