Based on the symbol it is an eyelet. Based on the color of the wire, the direction of current flow through a diode and where the other one is connected to the breaker I would say that they're both connected to a positive bus bar. Typically if they were both going to a battery I would expect them to have a positive or symbol label and possibly a label stating battery.

You should only have one large cable connection to the battery, not a bunch of smaller cables/wires routed directly to the battery terminal. That is what bus bars are for.

I would actually expect it to be at the power panel. Where is your power panel with the breakers listed on the schematic located?

Its located on a panel on the fwd side of the engine where the ecu is mounted. Ill take a look around there I guess for empty terminals

Looking more into this I saw that my boat has the keypad bypassed to a standard key in ignition type system more similar to these schematics. Looks like the red wire is directly hooked to the battery with a fused terminal and the purple wire gets power from the starter relay during start and the ignition relay during run.
