You’re not getting the right fuel pressure to the fuel rail. That’s usually a fuel pump issue but before you go spending money on a pump check for leaks or kinked fuel lines. Also get a pressure gauge and put it on the rail to verify it’s not just the sensor that failed. Check the wiring to the pumps and make sure you’re getting power. It may just be loose wiring or a failed relay. It could also be a fuel filter but usually a bad filter acts up at the high end, not on startup.
