I was out surfing with 7 adults and 2 kids. Loaded the ballast which takes around 10 mins to fill and empty ( not sure if that’s normal) and everything was great. Finished up and hit the “go home” button, take off and the boat boat plane off. What is the max weight you can have in the boat and wakeboard ?

Plan assist was on for sure. I tested it again with just 4 people in the boat and it struggled to get out of the hole to wakeboard. What’s the max load you have had when wakeboardingComment

We have had 8 people in our 2020g23 and no issues planing, boarding, or doing anything we wanted to. Are you sure back to rock was activated and plane assist was in as well as the pumps started dumping water?

2014 g23. typical crew can be 6-8 people. after everything is drained and in back to dock mode we have no problem getting on plane with 8 people and 500 lbs of lead weight that stays in the boat. I would check to make sure your ballast drained and u are in fact switched to back to dock. have you changed the prop recently or made any other modifications? are you at altitude? what motor do you have? are you past the break in stage? what rpm are you at when it attempts to plane?Comment
