best way to drain the fuel tank in a 1990 SN

Haven't used the boat in four years and want to drain the fuel tank.

A siphon hose with brass end would not go into the tank when feeding from the fill hose fitting.

What's the best way to drain the tank?

Did a search and did not find a good answer.

OK, I learned that it's easier to put a siphon hose into the top of the fuel tank by removing the fuel level sending unit.
