Flight Control Tower cracked center section

Has anyone else experienced a cracked Flight Control tower? Today while we were out playing, I noticed a small sliver of cracked paint emanating from a radius on the center section of the tower. Upon further inspection, it is clearly cracked but hasn't yet made the complete circumference

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and if they were able to get this covered under warranty. My boat is outside of the original warranty period.

I fixed your pictures for you by converting them to .JPG files.

This site does not support HEIC files.

In fact, I would suggest that you configure your phone not to save pictures as HEIC. Very few websites support that format.

I doubt you'll get that covered under warranty this far after it has expired, but it never hurts to ask! Hopefully that can just be welded and repainted.

yes I had the same problem on my 230 looks like it was crack in same spot as yours, mine was covered by warranty maybe a few years into the 5 year period when I started to notice. fct comes in three sections they only had to replace my right section...sorry
