I have a 2003 Ski Nautique 206 330hp. I know this might be a stupid question but, how do you find part numbers for engine parts. I've used the Nautiqueparts.com for boat parts and accessories but the motor parts are not as common or not always listed with years. I don't have a Nautique dealer close at all. For example, if I wanted to replace the starter or alternator, is there a manual that has a list of part numbers to replace them?

Discount Inboard Marine (https://www.skidim.com) and Inboard Online (https://inboardonline.com) are my 2 main sources. Discount has a very knowledgeable staff that can help you as well if you for example need to replace a steering cable or engine part. For more common parts like filters and such, if you search enough you can typically find a thread here or on another forum that will have automotive cross reference part numbers you can use at a local auto parts store.

With every boat I buy I create a spreadsheet or word document with every part I buy. I'll typically start with oil and oil filter then work my way out from there until I have a complete parts reference for everything I need for things like winterization or scheduled maintenance.
