    Hour meter

    Hello everyone,
My 2005 SV-211 hour meter had stop counting mid season this year...
Has anybody else had this happened to them? And where should I be looking to resolve this?
I'm pretty handy, but this one had me puzzled..

    Any help would be great...

    Thanks,
    Sylvain

Wouldn't happen to be at 999 hours would it?

In my '03 the Perfect Pass gauge has an hour counter in it. I think you press ^ and Menu at the same time and then Menu to cycle through some data. But it can be reset easily, so beware of that. In my case it lined up exactly with what the previous owner had said, and it matches what I feel is right given the condition of the boat. The hour meter in the tach says something absurd like 4,000 hours. No idea why that's the case, but the boat doesn't have 4,000 hours. Not yet anyway.

It's under system info, and should look something like this (this is on 6.5ng multiline display):
