cracks in fiberglass on the stringers

Last Fall I bought a 1984 Ski Nautique. So far, everything looks really good and we've had a blast this summer. I had the engine checked out, interior is very good, floor is solid and hull and trailer are in good shape also. I was told it had been stored indoors for most of it's life and it appears that is the truth. The other day I removed the flooring behind the engine. There are a few hairline/spider cracks where the cross member attaches to the stringers. Looking underneath the cross member I can see the wood and it appears to be very solid. Also a hairline crack in the fiberglass that covers the area where the shaft goes through the hull. My initial thoughts are to take a Dremel and clean out the cracks making sure there is no rot underneath and fill in with some type of resin. I'm a little apprehensive to take it to the shop and say "fix it". Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

looks like it (possibly) may of had the stringers touched once already?

on a 20 year old boat i'd say that looks normalish. but this is a 35 year old boat. could also just be bilge paint cracking?

I'd assume its a previous patch job thats cracking and chipping away. The stringer cracks probably won't allow much water intrusion but the ones by the shaft could have water pooling and intruding into the hull. That one would be my worry.
