If you are changing your impeller. It is not a difficult job depending on your mechanical skills. I have done it once, though not on a Nautique, but the same type of pump. I took nail polish and drew a line from top to bottom on the pump to make sure I got it back together right. If I remember right, it should only spin counter-clockwise if you have it back together right. (Maybe someone else can correct me if I am wrong). Write notes if your memory is like mine.
If you can't get it back together, take it somewhere to get it fixed. You would have had to do so anyway.
