Surf plate stuck

Our starboard surf plate is stuck about an inch to an inch and a half in the out position. I have tried resetting I've tried switching sides increasing and decreasing NSS but nothing is working. Does anyone have any solutions or ideas? It is a 2020 G23.

We’re you moving at surf speed when you tried to switch it? Mine has trouble switching to the goofy side sometimes. I have to wait until I’m at surf speed to switch it over.

No I never tried to switch it at all. We all serve on that side.

Take it back to the dealer its still under warranty.
