I've got some minor tears in my vinyl on my 2012 Sport Nautique 200. Can anyone recommend a good vinyl repair kit or some other means of repairing the vinyl?

Try Permatex Vinyl Repair.
I admit that I've yet to try it on my boat's vinyl, however I've used it to repair the handle grip on a ski rope. Bonds like crazy (even on a high-use grip), stays flexible. My only suggesstion is to use sparingly and clean any excess off immediately, as it is quite tough to get it off once it has cured.
