99 SN GT-40 EFI that I have owned for about 3 years. In my neck of the woods, we are experiencing unusually cool mornings (low to mid 50’s). Boat has always started right away - but the last 2 mornings (53 & 57 degrees) it will start for about 2-3 seconds and then shut off. The fuel cell is cycling, engine cranks and it appears to start. Yesterday, after trying it 8-9 times, it finally stayed running, we went out, skied and it ran well. This morning, after several attempts, it started, stayed on for about 2 minutes and then stopped - and wouldn’t start. I let it sit for about 30 minutes, air warmed up some and it started after a couple of attempts and ran well (of course we lost the water we were after).
Any thoughts?
