Heater broken 03 210 team

Anyone with heater experience? Since I purchased it 2 years ago the heater hasn't worked. When you push the button on the dash, the dash lights dim like there is a current draw, but nothing blows out of the vents. Is is as simple as just replacing a blower or are there other(less expensive) things I might want to check first. It's on my list of off-season projects so any ideas are appreciated. No leaks with the system and I am able to get antifreeze to circulate through when I winterize.

I sounds like the motor might be bad. If it is not blowing and the lights dim a little it might need replacing. You can get antifreeze through probably because its an open circle. The fan works kinda like your car and blows through a heater core 'tiny radiator" to get heat.

Thanks. Probably just tear into it and see what it all looks like. Wondering if I will be able to get a replacement blower or have to upgrade entire unit with piping...
