Boat was fine, one day when entering key code to start the ignition some of the code wouldn't work...i would press the first number and it would light up but then the others would not....and it was random sometimes a different number would light up then not the next. i'm getting power to the radio but all accessories associated with buttons on dash like the bilge or lights dont work...we thought it was the key pad so i ordered a new one and plugged it in with the same result....fuses seem fine. Im at a loss..any suggestions?

Check your battery is good and charged, and make sure the connections at the terminal are clean and tight. Mine would do the same, and I traced it back to a poorly terminated ground wire at the battery. Reterminated it and its been perfect ever since. Its possible your connections are bad somewhere else, but its an easy check at the terminals.
