2003 super air 210 raw water intake

Good evening.

Newbie question: I want to hook up a fake-a-lake to my 2003 SANTE but I am not sure which of the 4 intakes is for the motor. My guess is the one I labelled 3 but I don't want to risk it. I have attached a picture. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you!

There are much easier and more dependable ways to get the water into the engine without worrying if your fake-a-lake will not seal or fall off the bottom. The other methods involve tapping into the intake hose right after your strainer. I use a valve hooked up to a garden hose and before that just sucked water out of a bucket with the garden hose continuously filling the bucket...all up above. Below is a link about the "T" method.

BTW the intake for the raw water is number 3. The two on the port side are for your rear ballast and the one up front for belly ballast.

To answer your question though... it should be #3. 1 & 2 are rear ballast tank, and 4 is belly tank.

I prefer methods similar to what 03SANTE said though. Fake A Lake can be somewhat finicky to seal and worry about if it will stay on while moving around in the boat.

I pull the intake hose off at the exit of the water strainer, and shove a garden hose in there. Never had a issue and its only 1 hose clamp to deal with. When it comes time to winterize, I do the same, but have a 2' hose extension i barb in and suck the antifreeze out of the bucket.
