wakeboard rack disassembly

I am in the process of getting my wakeboard racks that I bought off of the forum powder coated, but I can’t figure out how to get them disassembled. I guess better put would be the powder coder can’t figure out how to get them disassembled. Does anybody have any ideas how to pull these off. I can’t seem to get the logo off in order to get the four bolts out to the black portion can be separated from the pivot arm.

There appears to be two points on the backside are these Allen screws?

There’s a set screw for the logo plate. I can’t remember if it’s at the bottom or top of the backplate. It takes a very small Allen key.

thank you!!! I was able to get the racks back from the powder coater and clean out the holes, the set screw is a 3/32 hex head allen.

Old thread but I am trying to remove the wakeboard logo so I can tighten the screws behind it that hold the rack to the swivel. After reading this post, I assume there are two set screws in the deeps holes under the rack leading up to the logo? Unfortunately it seems like both heads are stripped out for me and the 3/32s won't get enough bite to break them loose. I tried one of my fave tricks of using a similar sized star bit to bite but that wouldn't break them loose either. Does anybody have any suggestions before I resort to drilling out the set screws? These are the right set screws I need to be removing right?
