1998 SNOB -Upholstery question

Doing a complete C&S Upholstery job to my ski nautique with open bow. Soon - will try to tackle the front surround padded piece that goes in the bow section. How does one remove this for re-covering?

It isn't bad. Right there in the very front under the gray pad. Pull it up a bit and look under it. There should be a metal tab with a single screw in it. Take that out.

Next the sides. They are held in by a single, long screw on each side. One in the driver's footwell. The other on the opposite side. You'll see them.
