2016 SN 200 6.2L Exhaust Manifold High Temperature

Hello,
My 2016 SN 200 6.2L is getting a "Exhaust manifold high temperature" warning code. We have changed the impeller, and thermostat but I still get the fault code. I have heard that my exhaust manifold might be plugged with sediment or other deposits. Has anyone had this problem?

Check the thermostat housing to see if any impeller pieces are blocking any of the passages. That could cause one manifold to run hotter than the other.

Hi Paul, Thanks for the info. Last night I actually found the problem. There is a 1/4" rubber hose that comes off both manifolds down to a tee then info the lower part of the exhaust pipe. That is where the water is supposed to go so that the water gets circulated through the manifolds. The problem was that those 1/4" rubber hoses were plugged with sediment so water wasn't circulating through my manifolds. Then I found that one of my drain hoses was plugged as well so I have blown through all hoses with a compressor and replaced all of the plugged ones. I just don't know how I got so much sediment. This boat is only used on a private man made ski lake, it must just be in our water.
