99 Sport Nautique - GT40 - Spark Plug

The CC dealer gave me a set of AutoLite 24 spark plug, when I pulled the current plugs they matched the manual AWSF22c. Although the autolites looked nearly identical , they would not fit (would not catch on the threads). Did they give me the wrong plugs ? I have see a number of posts where Autolite is used.

Yup, I think so. The standard 351w heads take the 24's, but the GT40 heads use Autolite 764's.
