Can someone help me determine if a 2004 FCT will fit a 2000 Sport Nautique. It appears in 2004 they had a Gen 3 and then went back to the Gen 2 in 2005. I am interested if the mounting feet are the same and in the same location. What is different between the Gen 3 and Gen 2?

FCT1 Gen 1 - 1998-1999
FCT1 Gen 2 - 2000-2003
FCT1 Gen 3 - 2004
FCT1 Gen 2 - 2005
FCT1 Gen 4 - 2006 - 2008

I believe it will. Treybizttu had one on his 99 super sport before he took it off and put an Aviator Pro on. I think the setup would be the same.

The Gen 3 had the moon shaped bottom bar, the gen 2 has the more square looking lower bars. The gen 4 was an entirely new tower made by Titan.

You might need to verify top deck differences between the Direct Drive and V-Drive. I pulled an 04 tower off my 99 V-drive and it aparently wouldn't work on a Pro Air of the same vintage.
