HELP SAN 2008, 5000h, no sparks.... what to test ?

Dear Nautique community, I'm working on my SAN 2008 with a Excalibur 343. boat was running great for years with normal maintenance. 2 years ago, boat stopped and was left in non working order and I pick it up to repair it.
I have been working on a big maintenance and check, rebuild heads, check of pistons rings gaps, bearings etc ...
Yesterday I did put the engine back, and can't start, rotor and cap are good as well as new plugs and good wires. after testing for a while I figure that only cylinder 7 in firing....
i did try to switch cables and plugs, but no success, only cylinder 7 if firing...

Is there by any chance someone with Electronic knowledge who can assist me?
I think of Crank shaft sensor ?
    Bad cap ??
    COIL ?
    Ignition module in ditributor?

    How to make more test??

Thanks a million for your help

Do you have spark going into distributor cap from coil?

Sometimes even brand new caps have been found to be bad. Glad you got it fixed!

Indeed, the bad thing about it, the cap wasn't a Chinese repro... it was an OEM...that's bad
