Locating impeller on Apex 5.7 help

Recently picked up a '99 Pro Air and it has the Apex engine. I've owned an '87 Rivera (Martinique) since new and currently am running a '90 Sport Nautique both had 351W's in them so familiar with that setup, maintenance/winterization. Now that it's warmer here in Northern Ohio 1st thing is maintenance on this PAN and I wanted to ask where the impeller is on this engine b4 I go loosing screws. I don't see the impeller in the exploded views of the PCM manual but they give a part # for it R061017. There is a plate in front of what I'm assuming is the pump on the flywheel, picture attached, that is mounted with four slotted screws in an awkward position with the deck, you need a stubby slotted screwdriver to get at them I attempted a little bit but they are on very tight and before I went any further I wanted to ask the group their thoughts. Also only one V belt on this engine so that also prompted this post as there's usually one for the alternator and one for the pump on the engines I'm familiar with. Thanks, George

Pretty sure that is the pump. Did you figure an easier way to access it?
