Gauge Issues -- 2004 Air Nautique

Hi all,
I just completed upgrading my 04 Air Nautique to Zero off. New wiring harness, ECM, throttle body and I went ahead and updated the faria box as well. I now have a dead oil pressure gauge as well as tach. Nothing works on the tach..completely dead. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? My oil pressure gauge actually quit the last time I fired it up to load it on the trailer to do the conversion so thinking the gauge just might be bad? New sending unit (came with upgrade) made no difference. I grounded the blue wire on the oil pressure harness at the sending unit and the gauge does nothing. If it is the gauge does anyone have one that they have removed from their boat due to the gateway box failure? If so I'd be interested in purchasing it from you...actually I'd be interested in any of the gauges anyone has just to keep as a back up since I went with upgrading the gateway box. Thanks!

What do you mean when you say you updated the Faria box? As far as I know there is no update for the gateway itself.

Had to go with newer box since upgrading to zero off. New gateway box is a "21A" Manufacture date Nov 2012

I realize that I am not offering any assistance for your actual question, but I am very interested in how and where you found a 2012 faria box. I tried to find one several years ago for my 2003Ski and struck out completely.

I have a backup 2003 - 2005 Gateway Box. Not 100% impossible to find, or I got Lucky

Is it possible that the "21A" model isn't entirely compatible with your '04 gauges? That doesn't necessarily mean NONE of them would work - apparently some do - but I think we'd like to know more about that new gateway box.

I had to repin wires for oil pressure, water surface temp, fuel sender and air temp.All but water surface temp moved from P14 to P11. Nautique tech came back saying my tach must be bad as all the gauges. According to Nautique tech gauges are the same. They all run on the CAN bus. I'm taking the tach to a buddy that has an 05 and just plugging it in to see if it works on his boat. If it does then I'll know something isn't compatible with the box.
