Parts # for PCM GT40 distributor

Just opened up my distributor and found the whole thing was corroded. Still chasing the hot idle surge problem, my distributor has a parts number of e9te-12131-ca the engine has a manufacturing date of 2001 and I can’t seem to find a replacement online is there any other distributors that I can drop in?

Do a search for my posts. I have a post with NAPA and cardone numbers that cross into a PCM gt-40 distributor.

Found this on a Ford Lightning forum-

If you get that CARDONE rebuilt dizzy, open the box & make sure they have replaced the PIP sensor. Out of all the Cardone dizzy's I've seen, about 50% of them have had the old PIP, still dirty & greasy from the last vehicle & they did not last the day. Sad thing is, Cardone is hard to avoid... O'Reilly, AutoZone, NAPA, Pep Boys... That is what they all push.
        Just my .02, FWIW.
