    2016 SAN 210...NSS issue

    Hi All,
New to me 2016 SAN 210 (coming from '16 Sport 200v)... have a few question

    1) NSS as it wont activate...Within the LINC screen I select user ' Surf port', ballast activate and fill according to existing setting, speed control is on/set to 10mph....but I NSS doesn't activate, nor do I ever get a 'surf on/off' option on the screen. I've reviewed the LINC manual and followed the process but still NSS wont activate or 'surf' option doesn't appear.

    2) Bow light port/red is out. Pulled the housing and it appears you can't place the bulb only. Ordering a new unit but Nautique parts page doesn't have good pictures. Will I need to pull the center seat back off, unplug current and plug in new? Not sure if new unit will come wired to plug into existing wires?

Any insight / help would be appreciated, especially the NSS issue.
    Thanks.

In the linc there is a soft key to"turn on" nss or surf mode. Then you select left or right on the main screen

I don't get that option on the Linc screen. Do you happen to have screen shot / pic of it?
I've went through every page within Linc and the manual.
Does that option, appear AFTER the ballast is full or at the level it is set to within the user setting?

I think you have to have speed control selected for a speed lower than 13 mph. I am not sure on that. I see it when I select surf rider profile. I will try and look this weekend

          Thanks.
the surf profile is set to 10mph and before going into that screen I have sped control on.
wonder if it’s a software update.

I looked yesterday. On the main screen in the lower right corner there is a soft key labeled "surf". This takes you to the "surf" screen. On the "surf" screen there is a soft key on the right side that turns the surf mode on and off.

              Thanks all.
Issue seems to be within the 'system settings' the wrong model boat was selected (200V v 210) so Linc was not recognizing NSS.
Switched model to 210 and took for test drive and it now Surf On/Off is appearing and NSS engaging accordingly.
              Hopefully this resolved the issue.
