2017 GS 20 Ballast Issue

I am running into an interesting issue on my GS 20. When I fill the ballast, the belly and starboard pumps fill at about the same pace, but the port fills noticeably slower. It takes a few minutes longer to fill up. However, the port also empties faster then the other two. Not really sure why this is happening. I am pretty sure all the tanks are filling up. One thing I saw somewhere else could be corroded electrical terminals, but the issue is only happening in one direction. I could see that a possible case if it was slower no matter what. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I should also mention that the impellers all appear to be in equal/good condition.

Worst case, swap the impeller from one tank to another and see if the problem follows it. If it does, they you know the culprit. Have you ever lost parts to an impeller? they could be in the ballast fill strainer maybe? You could also clean the terminals with some electrical cleaner, but I would start with the free troubleshooting and see where that gets you.
