Was going to check fuel rail pressure this morning but this may be a bigger task than I envisioned. You cant see the rail/injectors at all. I'm trying to find a H5/H6 service manual now to see exactly where the schrader on the rail its located. I see in the technical manual pressure should be 55-62psi but doesn't show the rail. Verified both pumps are running by disconnecting one at a time then pressing the start button. Both pumps you can hear prime but that doesn't mean anything.
Just an FYI for those running into this same issue, this is a direct injected motor with CRAZY high fuel pressure so there isn't a schrader valve to easily verify pressure manually like you used to. I want to say the rail feed pressure to injectors is over 1,000 PSI when operating normally, that's why there is no obvious "T" to tap into either. (I could be off but it's REALLY high, not the 150's you see in an older MPI motor)
You need Diacom to tap into the ECM to read what it's sensors are showing. I own a Nautique rental fleet and had to learn all of this form the school of hard knocks being my own mechanic to skip dealer wait times.
