2013 G23 PCM ZR450 - no power to fuel pump

OG G23. PCM ZR450 engine misfired a little last weekend. Did the same thing yesterday and then would not start. Turns over fine...just sounds like it is getting no fuel. I don't think the fuel pump is getting power. I checked power in the little relay box just above the FCC using a multimeter. The was no power to the fuel pump fuse slot. Since I do not have much engine mechanic knowledge or experience, I also checked the ECM fuse slot that is next to the fuel pump fuse to make sure I was using the meter correctly. The ECM has 12 volts going to it.

Can anyone tell me next steps to determine why the fuel pump is not getting power or how I can fix it?

Did you check both sides of the fuse, could be blown.
