How to remove throttle arm G23 2013

Hi everyone,

I am looking to remove the throttle base assembly to check it and change the cable at the same time.
The boat is a G23 2013 coastal edition used all the times in salt water.
I am trying to remove the throttle arm to get out the panel behind without success. I have removed the three Allen screw at the base of the throttle arm but I can get the arm out the base. Maybe is there a specific operation to do or an other set of screw to remove ?
Has anyone already performed this operation?

You can remove the plastic cap in the middle of the throttle arm and with an allen key remove the screw that is in there. At least that's how it works on my 2016, hope this helps..!
