2006 SANTE Center Ballast Sender

Is there an easier way to access the center ballast sender that I am missing? It seems like even if I get the screws out I wouldn't have enough room to pull it out.

I need to test the sender since I already found one bad on the starboard side and all the pumps are running fine.

Figured it out not that bad, just undo tank crossmembers slide gas tank back 6-8 inches, undo front and rear brackets on the belly ballast and slide back. Obviously easier with an empty tank.
