2005 226 TE No Crank, No Start

    Hi All,
Just pulled the boat out for the summer and tried to fire it up in the driveway as i normally do to de-winterize. After getting water and everything hooked up, the boat will not crank over or start. Ran perfect at the end of last season and was winterized properly and stored inside (no visible wire damage) The dash and keypad lights light up and i can hear the fuel pump, but the boat wont crank over. After a little while of messing with it, i am getting a TPS fault, see dealer warning on the gauge. I contacted the local Nautique dealer and they are booked out through August. Its got the Excalibur 330 GM engine.

    The following have been checked:
    1. Batteries in good shape: Even tried with Jumper box
    2. Tether is securely attached
    3. Batterie terminals and cables look good
    4. starter will crank over by jumping it (was replaced last season)
    5. Breakers are not flipped
    6. known fuses are not blown
    7. From what i can see grounds look okay
    8. I did notice that i left the knock sensor unplugged from winterizing, but is connected now with no change.
    9. Throttle seems to be functioning correctly
I am going to try and jump the starter while someone presses start from the keypad this afternoon and see if that will get it to turn over.

Any advice or help is much appreciated! hate seeing the boat sit in the drive while weather is getting perfect!

    Cheers!

Does it make any noise at all when you try to start it, like a click?

Yes i hear a click and the fuel pump also primes- click sounds like from top of the engine, maybe where those relays are? Im not sure which relay does what as they are not labeled
