JABSCO Ballast Pumps for Port and Starboard

I have a 2017 G21. The port and starboard ballast pumps have had issues where excessive leakage into the motor has caused them to stop. One of the pumps I ordered came with a manual that stated the impeller should be on the bottom, not the top. On our G21, the impeller is on the top. Can someone look at their ballast pumps in a 2017 and tell me if this is right? I cannot see how I could flip them. Also, cleaned the motor and they work fine. I need a new impeller kit. Also, I am looking for an impeller kit for Jabsco 22610-9407. The attached shows the worn seal that allow leakage and trickles into the pump motor. Thanks.
