    Nautique dash restoration

Can someone offer some advice about restoring the trim on a 2002 196. There are several panels of push buttons on either side of the wheel. The trim around the panels looks horrible. Like the varnish or shellac or whatever is yellowing, becoming discolored and peeling off. I could use a dremel to remove this narrow trim??
Should I just replace the whole panel assembly...is it even available. The rubber buttons don't look that bad, but the trim surrounding them needs to be repainted with a fine brush or somehow restored.

This is the right site of my dash board, I used 3m carbon fiber wrap.
I also replaced the radio with a raspberry pi for audio, navigation and engine control.
I plan on doing the same to the left side with all new switches.

Nautique parts.com sells both the port and starboard keypads in black. Use coupon code PND.

The bezels on my keypads turned orange. I intended to remove them and paint but never got to it before I upgraded boats. I was hoping to remove the keypads from the dash and then separate the bezel from the rubber to spray paint. I am uncertain if the keypads easily disassemble.

Edit to add, looks like they don’t separate based on this planet Nautique thread:
