DTC 2121 - Throttle Error code

Hello was wondering if everybody else has experienced this error code ? I have a 2016 G23 and occasionally the boat goes into "limp" mode and throws this error code.
"Foot pedal position sensor 1 lower than foot pedal position sensor 2".

Turning the power on and off gets rid of the error and the boat will work again properly. I have already replaced the Livorsie/Throttle body unit twice actually (brand new one 3 weeks ago and known functioning version before that). However that did not do the trick, i am going to replace the cable/connection to the engine just to be safe, but yesterday while driving i pulled out the cables and gave them a good shake to check for loose connections. But it did not throw the error....

Thoughts on what else it could be ? thanks already !

I'm having this issue now. Mechanic replaced throttle body. That fixed it, at first. Now there's a part, I don't know what it's called, that is shorting out and burning out the fuse supporting the throttle body operation. I'm sure that sounds like jiberish, but I am no mechanic. That's the explanation I've gotten. It's taken a few rounds to get it right but we are hopeful that once the parts come in, we will get a couple more runs in before the cold weather comes.
