What is the best way to change the color of a powder coated tower?

I assume you have to sandblast first?

Then have it powder coated again?

Or can you power coat over the original color?

Pretty sure it has to be dipped and stripped, your powder coater should be able to answer your question best. When mine was done, the prep work was included as part of the job.
