No power to Blower 02 SAN

I have a 2002 SAN with a 8.1 python if that even matters. I just installed a new bilge blower. Light on dash comes on, but blower doesn’t work. Took connectors apart where blower connects to test them and I don’t have any power coming to it. None of my breakers under the steering wheel are tripped.
any ideas on where to look for solutions.
