PCM GT40 cuts out after it warms up

I have a 97 Sport Nautique with a GT40 engine that had fuel injector issues 2 years ago. I replaced the Fuel cell both fuel pumps the fuel injection pressure regulator and all 8 fuel injectors. Now after it warms up it starts cutting out. If you go back to idle it runs fine, but while pulling a wakeboarder it cuts out. it only does it after it warms up about 30 minutes of use. any ideas? I am leaning towards a fuel issue since it runs fine at idle. attached is a video of the issue.

I would start with checking fuel pressure when the problem happens.
