2001 SAN ballast hose replacement help/ideas

After 21 years, having to replace all the 3/4" bilge hose for the orginal ballast system. Anyone have tips or ideas on how to access the seacock area to replace the last bit of hose from the thru-valve to the first ballast pump? Do you have to remove the rear seat? if so, how do you do that or any tips would be greatly appreciated. From the side hatch, the area is blocks by the aluminum engine supports and one engine mount bracket along with the fuel pump/filter assembly - no way to get hand in there.

    thanks

2 weeks, might be too late on this one... At any rate, incase it's still useful, I replaced the ballast system in our 2000 SAN this spring and used the same through-hull. The existing ball valve was missing the handle and I ended up replacing the whole valve and a new barbed fitting. I had the rear seat-back removed, but that just lifts out pretty easily. I have pretty long limbs too but I recall it not being the easiest access. Kinda stressful moment IIRC when trying to work fast before hose end cooled down. Try pulling the seat back and accessing from there.
