What is this wire connection for?

Just bought a 2006 Air Nautique 220 Team Edition, and noticed this wire is disconnected. It's on the right side of the engine (facing forward) near the throttle body and above a few other electrical connections. I'm tempted to simply plug it back together, but I'm not sure if it is disconnected for a reason. It is just a single wire.

Does anyone know what this is for? Thanks!

On page 18, to me it looks to be the part labeled #30. "Harness, TCP Sensor to TAC Module" But I could be wrong
