Has anyone had this issue before? Dropped the boat in the lake for the first time in two years due to water levels and pandemic, started up right away, ran smooth, no missing, no "codes" noted, opened engine hatch and observed water coming out of O2 sensor depression on the top of the manifold. It would increase as RPM increased. Where is the water coming from? It shouldn't be at the O2 sensor right? Does it mean I might have a crack in the manifold? If so, can water then back track into the cylinders? Again, engine was running smooth, not rough, no missing, etc. at the time. Any ideas? Shop can't look at it until end of August. Thanks

I bet the manifold is cracked. It I kind of a pain to replace them on a 211, but you could do it yourself if you wanted to.

Thanks Jeff, unfortunately ): , what's the chance water's in the cylinders then too? And why is the engine starting and running smoothly then if there is water in there? How do I get rid of any water that's in the cylinders, etc.? What is the chance water is in the other manifold and cylinder bank as well but just haven't noticed any signs (yet)? I'm not knowledgable of the manifold's design as to when the exhaust gases mix with lake water on the way out, I'm guessing that this is about where a crack can develop and allow the water into the gases side. Does anybody know of any diagrams, cross sections, etc. that show the flow of exhaust from engine to flapper? Thanks again for any input, I'm just trying to figure if I've got more to worry about than just the manifold(and Cat ): ).
