Subfloor ballast tank (bag) leak. Help!

My main question is has anyone removed or worked on the subfloor ballast bag?

I have a 2017 GS22 with subfloor ballast bags which I assume are similar to how the G series are as well. I also have a piggy backed wakemakers bag on top. I noticed the upper bag was "leaking" but after testing I found the leak is coming from the lower bag. I removed the small cover over the bag and it is not very clear how the bag is attached. The inflow comes in the back corner from the engine compartment but there is no obvious access to how to get the clamp off the bag. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! I read doing a search that these should last forever and there should be no reason to need to service....... Frustrating. I can't tell if it is a connector or the bag is leaking.

So I got the back of the bag out which is where the problem was. The issue is somehow the connection looks to gave been torqued/pulled and the leak was from there. It is not easy to get back there. Had to remove both side panels/engine dividers and then there is a very rear panel that comes out with 8 screws. This lets you access the hose clamp and outer nut and then you can pull the bag out the small hole. Never could figure out how to get the front/bow portion of the bag free. It appears to go much further forward than I thought and may go up to the driver seat area. My plan is to clean and dry and then I will put back together. I was planning to use 3M 4200. Does anyone have any thoughts on best sealant?

Pictures didn't work. I'll show the type of connections used and the issue. Also a picture of the rear panel that needs to be removed. Hopefully this helps someone in the future. Just look forward to some bloody knuckles! Had to use the phone to see what we were dealing with as you really can't see much otherwise.
