I have a 2012 SAN 210. My starboard ballast tank just started not filling. It will drain, but not fill. When I flip the switch to empty, I hear it running, but not when I flip the switch to fill. The impeller was replaced, so thats not the issue. Wondering what might cause it to only drain, but not fill. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Think about a troubleshooting approach.
Can you flip the waterline to another pump and try to fill?
Any chance of intake blockage or something being stuck in that line?
People joke that those Jasco pumps are no good but they seem pretty stout.
