In regards to hours yes it is true, but this is a boat at a members club where it gets used everyday from March - end of October and lots slalom skiers are taking up surfing as they get older and the poor ski boat isn't used as much! but that means less time for us wakeboarders!!
Ill send you a picture of my voltage this weekend. I beat your ballast sensors are toasted would be my guess.

Akeap I checked my ballast sensor voltage today on my 2017 G23 and they are all in the .80 range. If I see any red flags with your voltage above, it is the sensor reading +/- .40s. Here is a picture I took today in my boat so you could compare. Click image for larger version

One of our drivers has been talking to our dealer and they suggest that it "might" be a lazy pump, but I recorded the voltage whilst filling for wakesurf right last night and the voltages were moving and a percentages on belly and port but the stb voltage was static and showing 0% so I assume there is something up there. We have a spare pump and I will fit tonight or tomorrow morning. Will update when I can.

Did you swap them back to see if the center comes back? I've attached the ballast pump wiring diagram for a 2016 G (thanks scottb7). I'm not sure if this is the same as your 2018, but it doesn't show any fuses or breakers - I believe all of the circuit protection is in the PDM.

Good to troubleshoot but at the end of the day I bet your ballast sensor is bad

I did swap them back and the belly did not come back, so I'm down 2 pumps now and local dealer can't look at it until winter so I've just been riding without ballast

Did you try unplugging your ballast sensors?

No, where are those located? If I unplug those will I be able to fill?

Maybe. As GMLII wrote at the top of the thread, they are a known problem on these boats because they short internally and will prevent a pump from running. The port and starboard ballast sensor pigtails are way back in the lower outboard aft corners of the engine compartment. Try unplugging the left side and see if that pump will run.

Yes, Yes. Your ballast sensors are toast. Replace the dare things and move on. No more troubleshooting required

That is great . I don’t mean to beat a dead horse but if there is a ballast fill and empty problem generally it is always a faulty ballast sensor vs a faulty pump . First part to check for sure . Glad you got your problem solved .

Is there anyway I could get a copy of this schematic of the 2016 ballast system? It’s very close to being legible but just enough. I can’t see it when I blow it up. My email is nichols_family@hotmail.com or my phone number is 931-206-5599. You could text a copy to me also.
