03 PCM 330 Excalibur. Pulling tubers for 20-30 minutes and I get a momentary decrease in power. Seconds later it happens again and I throttle down. Boat ran slightly above idle but would not accelerate. Shut the boat off, started again with the same result, no go. Once home I pulled the FCC and there was very little fuel, may couple ounces. Replaced the high pressure pump and filter and now the FCC is getting no fuel, completely dry. I have turned the key 3-5 times for 30 seconds still no prime. The three pack of 20a fuses are good. I believe I am feeling the low pressure pump cycle through when I turn the key. Are there separate relays for the high and low pressure pumps? Any suggestions or thoughts why the FCC is not getting fuel?

Low pressure pump. I have the same year and motor.
The same fuse is for both the high and low pressure pump.
I did a write up here about 2 years ago and I thought Jeff (admin) turned it into a sticky. I dont see it it as a sticky, but you can search under my name. I added a fuse and pre-filter since early Excaliburs did not have a pre-filter.

Low pressure pump gets the fuel from the tank to the cell. High pressure pump gets the fuel from the cell to the rail. Problems filling the cell are usually low pressure related.

Struggled with one of the three top nuts removing the LPFP.. I had to back the two "bolts" out of the pump after I removed the nuts. I ended up backing the third bolt out to remove the pump. I could have attempted to slide the pump out at this point but the rubber washers were hiding this option. Picture shows the bracket with one rubber spacer/washer removed.
I started by removing the hose assembly (RA085070 low pressure pump to FCC) at the FCC. Then removed the gas line in clamp and cut the hose at the bottom of the barbed 90° fitting (no fuel fuel leaked?). Then the three nuts on top.
Installed new LPFP (RA080018) but still no gas into FCC.
Added 10 gal just in case my gauges and low fuel alarm were not working.
I've checked the lanyard more times than a sane man should.
I am not mechanical and no experience with engines. I have felt if I could remove the part I could replace it. Is there more to priming the pumps than cycling the key? It seems like I can feel the pumps cycling on when the start button is quickly pressed.
FCC is dry.
To add part numbers to earlier post-
RA080025 Fuel pump, high pressure
RP080026 Fuel filter, FCC assembly

Those pumps don't last forever- that one being black shows it's the original pump PCM put on before they painted the engine. It owes you nothing, many have been replaced way before 18 years. You could remove that last stud and remove the top just to see what is going on. There is a screen and 4 vanes that slide and spin on a rotor,it is possible some vanes are stuck. It is also possible your anti siphon valve back at the tank outlet can be clogged as well.

To finish this post for other DIY's I had a day of failure attempting to prime my FCC and start the boat. Today I poured about 10oz of fuel into the FCC, cycled the start button three times and the boat is up and running. I appreciate everyone's help this forum is an awesome resource.
